هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس فعالية برنامج تدريبي لمعلمة رياض الأطفال لتفعيل التعليم الإيجابي مع طفل الروضة، باستخدام المنهج شبة التجريبي، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استمارة ملاحظة سلوك المعلمة لتفعيل التعليم الإيجابي مع طفل الروضة، وبرنامج تدريبي قائم على التعليم الإيجابي وتطبيقاته التربوية. وشملت عينة الدراسة (50) معلمة من معلمات روضات الهيئة الملكية بالجبيل، خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الجامعي 2018-2019م. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات المجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية مما يدل على قوة فعالية البرنامج في تدريب المعلمة على السلوكيات التي تمارسها مع الأطفال لتفعيل التعليم الإيجابي في الروضة. وأوصت الدراسة بتفعيل التعليم الإيجابي بالروضات والمدارس لتحقيق النجاح الاكاديمي وبناء شخصية الطفل. The objective of the study was to measure the effectiveness of a training program for the kindergarten teacher to activate positive education with the kindergarten child, using the quasi-experimental method. The study tools included an observation sheet of the teacher's behavior to activate positive education with kindergarten child, and a training program based on positive education and its educational applications. The sample of the study included (50) female teachers from the royal commission nursery in Jubail during the second semester of the academic year 2018-2019.the results showed statistically significant differences between the means of scores of the control group and the experimental group in favor of the experimental group. This indicates the strength of the program's effectiveness in training the teacher in the behaviors she practices with the children to activate positive education in the kindergarten. The study recommended activating positive education in kindergartens and schools to achieve academic success and build the personality of the child. (Published abstract)
