هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين التمكين النفسي ومهارات التدريس الإبداعي لدى معلمي محافظة وادي الدواسر. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (113) معلما، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياس التمكين النفسي، ومقياس مهارات التدريس الإبداعي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين التمكين النفسي ومهارات التدريس الإبداعي لدى عينة الدراسة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات المعلمين بسبب عامل الإقامة الدائمة (من داخل المحافظة - ومن خارج المحافظة) مع التمكين النفسي ومهارات التدريس الإبداعي، و كذلك عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجات المعلمين على مختلف مستويات الخبرة مع مهارات التدريس الإبداعي. بينما كان هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى خبرة المعلمين مع التمكين النفسي لصالح المعلمين ذوي الخبرة الأكثر، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات. The study is aimed identifying the relationship between psychological empowerment and creative teaching skills for the teachers in Wadi Al-Dawaser governorate. The sample of the study consisted of (113) teachers and the researcher used psychological empowerment scale and creative teaching skills scale as a tool for analysis. The results have shown that there is a positive correlation between psychological empowerment and creative teaching skills, there are no statistically significant differences between the average of the teachers' degrees in psychological empowerment and creative teaching skills due to the place of residence factor, there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the teachers' degrees in creative teaching skills due to the experience factor and there are statistically significant differences between the teachers with various experience in psychological empowerment for teachers with high experience. These results enabled the researcher to present a set of recommendations. (Published abstract)
