The current study aimed to depict the degree of availability of the requirements of the school building of the primary stage from the viewpoints of the school principals and the vice principals in the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah taking into account the impact of some related variables. The study made use of the descriptive approach, and the comprehensive survey method was used addressing all the principals and the vice principals of the primary schools (boys) in the city of Makkah AlMukarramah. The study made use of a questionnaire consisting of six dimensions. Each dimension contains a number of items whose availability was measured through a number of indicators (location, equipment, classrooms, administrative and public services, students' activity, school safety and health). The number of questionnaire items were (74) items, and the questionnaire was administered to (73.1%) of the original community of the study. The results of the study revealed that the mean of the requirements of the school building necessary to achieve educational goals was (2.11) indicating a medium degree of availability. There were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) level in the responses of community members about all the requirements of the school building due to the job title. There were statistically significant differences at (0.01) level in the responses of the community members about all the requirements of the building attributed to the educational qualification and the type of the school building.
