This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of financial and moral incentives among primary teachers. In addition, it also aimed to explore the differences between the participants’ viewpoints regarding the availability degree of incentives according to qualifications, educational experience and current job. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method being the appropriate method for the nature of the study. The study utilized a questionnaire to collect data from participants. This study was administered during the second semester of the academic year 1433-1434 AH. Participants of the study (totalling 200 teachers) were randomly assigned among primary teachers in Al-Kharaj educational administration. The results of the study revealed that the mean scores of the degree of availability of material incentives among primary teachers ranged from 1.20 to 2.49, i.e. between low and no availability. The results also revealed that the mean scores of the availability of moral incentives among primary teachers ranged between 3.09 to 1, 31, i.e. between low availability and no availability.
