The study aimed to identify the level of and improve the educational achievement of students in the province of Dawadmi based on the orientations of the National Vision 2030 by analyzing the current situation of academic achievement and linking it with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the strategic objectives of the National Transformation Program of the Ministry of Education. The sample of the study was chosen randomly, consisting of (19) supervisors, (39) school leaders and (507) teachers. To achieve the objective of the study, the tool (questionnaire) was constructed and consisted of (29) paragraphs covering two dimensions, (the reality of academic achievement, the directions of the national vision 2030 towards achievement). The validity and reliability of the tool have been verified, and appropriate statistical methods have been used to reach the results. The results of the study showed that the reality of academic achievement was high according to the responses of the study sample, and revealed that there are no statistically significant differences due to the type of work. It also revealed the presence of statistically significant differences in all the terms of the scale of reality of academic achievement according to the variable of years of service from the point of view of the study sample, and also revealed the existence of statistically significant differences in all the terms of the scale of reality of academic achievement according to the variable of educational qualification from the point of view of the study sample.
