يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة كيفية تحقيق مفهوم العدالة الاجتماعية في الإفادة من فرص التعليم التي توفرها الدولة من خلال تحليل رؤية مصر 2030 بالنسبة إلى التعليم، والمساهمة في تطوير العملية التعليمية في المناطق الأكثر فقرا في إطار توجه الدولة لتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية من خلال توفير فرص تعليمية جيدة للفئات الأولى بالرعاية تتناسب مع قدراتهم، ووضع تصور مستقبلي لتوفير الخدمات التعليمية بما يحقق العدالة الإجتماعية في المناطق الأكثر فقرا. تنبع أهمية هذا البحث من التوجه الرسمي للدولة للاهتمام بالمناطق الأكثر احتياجا؛ من أجل تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية، وتقليل الفجوات في توفير الخدمات الأساسية خاصة في قطاع التعليم. تتبلور مشكلة البحث حول افتقار المناطق الأكثر فقرا للعدالة الاجتماعية؛ بسبب عدم توافر الحد الأدنى من الاحتياجات الأساسية التي منها التعليم وانخفاض معدلات التحاق الفقراء بالتعليم بسبب عدم الكفاءة الداخلية للمنظومة التعليمية. وسوء الخدمات التعليمية خاصة في المناطق التي يتركز فيها الفقر إقليميا، الأمر الذي يدعو إلى ضرورة دعم توصيل الخدمات التعليمية إلى الأطفال في تلك المناطق؛ تحقيقاً لمبدأ تكافؤ الفرص التعليمية والعدالة الاجتماعية. انتهت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الآليات التي تهدف إلى تحقيق العدالة الإجتماعية منها وضع حزمة من السياسات التي تكفل القضاء على الفقر متعدد الأبعاد للأطفال، وتوفير الاحتياجات الأساسية للتلاميذ في المحافظات الأكثر إحتياجا. The current research aims to know how to achieve the concept of social justice in benefiting from the educational opportunities provided by the state through analyzing the vision of Egypt 2030 for education and contributing to the development of the educational process in the poorer areas within the framework of the state's direction to achieve social justice through providing good educational opportunities For the most-favored-looking groups commensurate with their abilities, and to develop a future vision for the provision of educational services to achieve social justice in the poorest areas. The importance of this research stems from the official approach of the State to take care of the area’s most in need; to achieve social justice and to reduce gaps in the provision of basic services, especially in the education sector. The problem of research about the lack of social justice for the poorer regions is compounded by the lack of minimum basic needs, including education, and the low enrollment of the poor in education due to the internal inefficiency of the educational system. And poor educational services, especially in areas where poverty is concentrated regionally, which calls for the need to support the delivery of educational services to children in those areas; in order to achieve the principle of equal opportunities for education and social justice. The study reached a number of mechanisms aimed at achieving social justice, including a package of policies that ensure the eradication of multi-dimensional poverty for children, and providing basic needs for students in the neediest governorates.
