هدفت الدراسة معرفة درجة تطبيق لوائح وأنظمة إدارة الإعلام التربوي بمدينة مكة المكرمة من وجهة نظر قائدات مدارس التعليم العام، وما إذا كان هناك اختلاف في وجهات نظر قائدات المدارس يعزى لمتغيري (المرحلة التعليمية وسنوات الخبرة). تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي (المسحي-المقارن). تكون مجتمع الدراسة من قائدات مدارس التعليم العام بمختلف مراحله في مدينة مكة المكرمة، وأخذت عينة عشوائية منه يتمثل قوامها في (173) قائدة. الأداة المستخدمة استبانة لمعرفة واقع تطبيق لوائح وأنظمة إدارة الإعلام التربوي في مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة مكة المكرمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود قصور في تطبيق لوائح وأنظمة إدارة الإعلام التربوي في مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة مكة المكرمة، وهذا ما أجمع عليه أفراد عينة الدراسة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لاختلاف المرحلة التعليمية واختلاف سنوات الخبرة. وجاءت أهم التوصيات على النحو التالي: إلزام إدارة الإعلام التربوي بتطبيق اللوائح وتنفيذ الأنظمة عن طريق التخطيط (الوقائي، والعلاجي) والتنظيم المستمر وتنفيذ الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل والمتابعة الدائمة والتقييم الموضوعي. تطوير امكانيات المنسقات الإعلاميات وتنمية مهارتهن الإعلامية، وذلك عن طريق الدورات التدريبية. إعداد مراكز التدريب التربوي للبرامج التدريبية والتطويرية الإعلامية. التعاون مع مؤسسات إعلامية متخصصة في إنتاج برامج الإعلام التربوي بمختلف أنواعها. تفعيل المسرح المدرسي. The research aims to find out the degree of implementation of the rules and regulations of educational media management in general education schools in Mecca from the standpoint of school leaders. In addition, to identify the differences in the views of schools leaders depending on variables (educational level and years of experience), by using Descriptive method survey and Comparative descriptive approach. The research community consisted of leaders of the general education schools in various stages in the holy city of Makkah by choosing random samples of (173) leader. A questionnaire was constructed to find out the reality of Implementation of the rules and regulations of educational media management in general education schools in Mecca. The questionnaire took as a measurement tool for this research, and the research found the following results. The existence of deficiencies in the implementation of the rules and regulations of educational media management in general education schools in Mecca, the Study participants unanimously agree this result. There were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study participant’s responses attributable to the different educational level and the different years of experience. The most important recommendations were as follows: Obliging media management educational application of regulations and implementing regulations by planning preventive and therapeutic planning. Continuous organization and implementation of training courses, workshops and permanent follow-up of objective evaluation. The development possibilities of the coordinators informatics and develop media skills, through training courses. Preparation of educational training centers, for development and information programs. Cooperation with specialized media organizations in the production of educational information programs of various kinds. Activating theater school. (Published abstract)
