هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الحاجات المهنية لدى المشرفين التربويين في الأردن إلى الكفايات اللازمة لإدارة المعرفة في ضوء مبادئ سينج، وقد قام الباحث ببناء استبانة مكونة من (35) فقرة استند فيها إلى مبادئ سينج الخمسة وهي: التفكير النظامي، والتميز الشخصي، والنماذج الذهنية، والرؤية المشتركة، والتعلم الجماعي، وقد تألفت عينة الدراسة من (198) مشرفا تربويا موزعين على أقاليم المملكة الثلاثة. وقد أظهرت النتائج مستويات متوسطة في القدرة على ممارسة تلك الكفايات في كافة المجالات، في حين أنها حققت مستويات مرتفعة في أهميتها مما أدى إلى ظهور فروق دالة إحصائيا بين قدرة المشرفين على ممارسة الكفايات وأهميتها بالنسبة لهم. كما أفرزت النتائج فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وكانت لصالح المؤهل الأعلى، وفروقا دالة لمتغير التخصص، وكانت لصالح التخصصات الإنسانية. واستنادا إلى تلك النتائج فقد أوصى الباحث باتخاذ قرارات استراتيجية من قبل اللجنة المركزية للتخطيط في وزارة التربية لتوجيه المدارس كي تكون منظمات متعلمة، وتوفير المتطلبات اللازمة لذلك من موارد بشرية ومادية، ودعم لوجستي، وتعيين مشرفين تربويين ضمن الهيكل التنظيمي للمدرسة لتحقيق هذا التوجه. This study aimed at identifying the required professional needs among educational supervisors in Jordan to the required competencies of knowledge management in the light of Senge's disciplines. The researcher constructed a questionnaire that consisted of (35) items depending on Senge's five disciplines which are: Systems thinking, personal mastery, mental models, shared vision and team learning. The study sample consisted of (198) educational supervisors distributed over the three provinces of the kingdom. The results showed average level of the ability of practicing those competencies in all domains while they achieved high level of importance which led to the appearance of statistically differences between the supervisors' ability to practice the competencies and their importance for them. The results also revealed statistically significant differences due to the academic qualification variables which were in the favor of the highest qualification, and significant differences in the favor of the humanistic specialties. Based on those results, the researcher recommended taking strategic decisions by the Central Committee for Planning in the Ministry of Education to direct the schools to be learning organizations, providing the required human and physical resources and logistic support and appointing educational supervisors within the organizational structure of the school to realize this approach.
