يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية استخدام برنامج الكورت CORT في تدريس التربية الأسرية على تنمية الدافعية للإبداع ومستوى الطموح الأكاديمي لدى طالبات السنة التحضيرية بكلية الآداب بالدمام، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) طالبة درست التربية الأسرية باستخدام برنامج الكورت CORT، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في مقياس الدافعية للإبداع، ومقياس مستوى الطموح الأكاديمي، وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين (القبلي - البعدي) في مقياس الدافعية للإبداع عند مستوى 0.001 لصالح التطبيق البعدي وكان حجم أثر البرنامج قد بلغ 0.98، مع وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين (القبلي - البعدي) في مقياس مستوى الطموح الأكاديمي عند مستوى 0.001 لصالح التطبيق البعدي وكان حجم أثر البرنامج قد بلغ 0.95. The present study aims at identifying the effectiveness of using the CORT program in teaching family education on developing the motivation for creativity and the level of academic ambition for female students of the preparatory year in the faculty of arts in Dammam. The sample of the study consisted of 30 female students who have studied family education using CORT program. The research tool was represented in the measurement of motivation for creativity and the measurement of the level of academic ambition. The results showed that there is a difference of statistical significance between the pre and post measurements in the measurement of the motivation for creativity at the level of 0.001 in favor of the post application and that the effect of the program reached 0.98. The results also showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the pre and post measurements in the measurement of the level of academic ambition at the level of 0.001 in favor of the post application and that the effect of the program reached 0.95.
