تكمن مشكلة البحث الاجابة عن بعض التسأل ماهو واقع القيادة التحويلية في بعض كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة العراقية من وجهة نظر التدريسين والهدف الى البحث هو إعداد مقياس القيادة التحويلية والتعرف على واقعها في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة العراقية من وجهة نظر التدريسين واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي والعلاقات الارتباطية لملائمته لطبيعة مشكلة البحث وكانت عينة البحث تدريسوا بعض كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة العراقية ومن خلال النتائج البحث تولت الباحثة أن أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في بعض كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة يتمتعون بدرجة عالية من (القيادة التحويلية) ومن خلال نتائج البحث توصي الباحثة بالاهتمام بالكوادر الاكاديمية المؤهلة ممن يتوفر فيهم خصائص وسمات القيادة التحويلية للاستفادة منها. The research problem lies in answering some question what is the reality of transformational leadership in some faculties of physical education and Iraqi sports sciences from the teachers 'point of view and the aim of the research is to prepare a transformational leadership scale and identify its reality in the faculties of physical education and Iraqi sports sciences from the teachers' point of view. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach. In the survey method and correlational relations for its suitability to the nature of the research problem, and the research sample taught some colleges of physical education and Iraqi sports sciences. Through the results of the research, the researcher assumed that the faculty members in some faculties of physical education and sport sciences have a high degree of (transformational leadership) and through the research results the researcher recommends Paying attention to qualified academic cadres who have the characteristics and characteristics of transformational leadership to benefit from them.
