سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمبادئ جودة تقديم الأسئلة في المواقف التدريسية من وجهة نظرهم ، وكذا تحديد فروق ممارساتهم لها وفقا لمتغير التخصص (أكاديمي / تربوي ونفسي). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد قام الباحثان بإعداد قائمة بمبادئ جودة تقديم الأسئلة في المواقف التدريسية بالاستعانة بالأدب التربوي السابق ،وفي ضوء هذه القائمة تم بناء استبانة تضمنت مجالات مبادئ جودة تقديم الأسئلة التي احتوتها القائمة، كما قام الباحثان بالتحقق من صدقها وثباتها حتى أصبحت في صورتها النهائية. ومن ثم تم تحديد مجتمع الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية حيث أستثني منهم هيئة التدريس المساعدة، هذا وقد بلغ عدد الهيئة التدريسية (48) عضوا من المتخصصين في التخصصات الأكاديمية و التخصصات التربوية والنفسية. وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة بواقع (50 %) تقريبا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية سيئون لمبادئ جودة تقديم الأسئلة في المواقف التدريسية كان عاليا في جميع المجالات، عدا مجال الاستماع لإجابات الطلبة حيث كانت استجاباتهم لفقرات هذا المجال بمستوى متوسط، ويعود السبب في ذلك إلى انخفاض استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس للفقرات الفرعية التي تندرج تحت هذا المجال. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة استماع أعضاء هيئة التدريس للأسئلة الصادرة عن طلبتهم أثناء المواقف التدريسية لتزداد مساحة التفاعل اللفظي في الموقف التدريسي بصورة أوسع. The study aims to recognize the extent of using the principles of questions quality in the teaching contexts by the teaching staff with reference to their point of views. It also identifies the differences in their practices with reference to the factor of specialization (Academic/educational and psychological). To achieve the objectives of this study, a list of the principles of questions quality in teaching contexts was prepared through reviewing the relevant educational literature. Based on this list, a questionnaire was then developed to include areas for these principles of the questions quality. After that, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were checked, and it became ready for implementation. The population of this study was all the teaching staff at the faculty of education and they were 48 affiliates after excluding the assistant teachers. A random sample of about 50% of the whole population was selected. The results revealed that the use of the principles of the questions quality by the teaching staff at the Faculty of Education, Seiyun was high in all areas, except with the area of listening to students’ answers. Their responses for this area were at a medium level which was attributed to the low responses of the teaching staff on the sub-categories included in this field. The study recommends that the teaching staff should attentively listen to the questions raised by their students in order to extensively create more opportunities for verbal interaction in the teaching context.
