The study aims to identify the problems of field training facing pre-services teachers in the special education department at college of education at Prince Sattam Bin Abdullaziz University. The researcher chose a sample of 223 students at 8th level in the special education department. The researcher used a questionnaire consists of (56) divided into four dimensions. The results showed the existence of these problems. Problems of school administration came first such as, many changes in the school schedule, the school administration does not take into account the views and suggestions of pre-services teachers, gives lots of waiting lessons. Secondly, problems of the university study such as, the college does not offer the freedom to choose the training school, there are also significant differences between the theoretical and practical aspects of the school, and the college allows the registration of students' hours during the field training. Thirdly, the problems of available equipment such as, the school has not appropriate laboratories for people with disabilities (PWS), there is also no library with references and periodicals related to (PWS), if there is a malfunction of one of the devices, it is not repaired, this reduces the number of them and many of the devices for (PWS) in the school are out of service. Finally, problems of universal supervisors such as, visiting pre-services teachers few times and for a short time, concentrating on routine paperwork rather than performance. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to sex variables, university branch, and cumulative rate, while statistically significant differences were found in the specialization variable.
