يشهد العالم اليوم مجموعة من التحديات والمتغيرات التي تنعكس على الحياة برمتها ومنها التعليم، نتيجة لتأثيرات العولمة المتدفقة وزيادة أهمية المعرفة بوصفها المحرك الأول للنمو وثورة المعلومات والاتصالات الأمر الذي يحتم علينا نمطا من التعليم يسعى إلى العالمية ويتسم بالدولية بحيث يطل على الثقافات الأخرى ويتفاعل معها ولا يذوب فيها. ويواجه التعليم الجامعي مجموعة من التحديات التي تفرض عليه القيام بجهود بناءة للتغلب عليها ووضع استراتيجيات جذرية تسعى إلى تأهيله للقيام بالدور المنوط به، فأخذت الجامعات بثقافة التدويل والتحول من الإقليمية إلى العالمية .وتعد هذه الدراسة من الناحية العملية ترجمة لضرورة تضمين مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي للبعد الدولي في جميع هياكلها وأنشطتها كأهم متطلبات التدويل. وانطلاقاً من الواقع الحالي الذى يشير إلى أن جهود التدويل المبذولة بالتعليم الجامعى المصري لا تزال هامشية مقارنة بالاتجاه العالمي السائد نحو التدويل، كما أن هذه الجهود ما زالت متفاوتة ومحددة قدبات لزاما على الجامعات أن تسعى إلى امتلاك قدرات تنافسية تساعدها على تحديد صورتها المستقبلية ، فقد سعى البحث نحو الوقوف علي الإطار المفاهيمي لنشأة وتطور تدويل التعليم الجامعي وأسسه الفكرية والمبررات الداعية إليه ، والوقوف على الاتجاهات الحديثة في مجال تدويل التعليم الجامعي، فضلا عن عرض واقع تدويل التعليم بجامعة المنصورة، ووصولا لتقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل تدويل التعليم بجامعة المنصورة في ضوء الاتجاهات الحديثة لتدويل التعليم الجامعي والعالى. معتمدا على المنهج الوصفي لوصف جوانب مشكلة البحث بهدف التعرف علي الأسس النظرية في تدويل التعليم الجامعى (مفهومه- مبرراته- أنماطه)، والوقوف عن الاتجاهات الحديثة في مجال تدويل التعليم الجامعي، مع عرض لواقع تدويل التعليم بجامعة المنصورة، حيث أن طبيعة الدراسة تحتم المنهج المستخدم. Today, the world is witnessing a range of challenges and changes that are reflected in the whole of life, including education, as a result of the effects of globalization and the increasing importance of knowledge as the primary engine of growth and the information and communication revolution. This requires a pattern of education that seeks globalism and is internationalized. to look at, interact with, and not dissolve in other cultures. University education faces a set of challenges that require constructive efforts to overcome them and to develop radical strategies that seek to qualify it to fulfill its role. The universities have embraced the culture of internationalization and the transformation from regional to global. Based on the current reality that internationalization efforts in Egyptian higher education are still peripheral compared to the global trend towards internationalization, and these efforts are still uneven and specific, universities must strive to have competitive capabilities to help them determine their future image. The research aim to establish the conceptual framework for the development and development of the internationalization of university education, its intellectual foundations and justifications, and to identify the recent trends in the internationalization of university education, in addition to presentation of the reality of internationalization of education at Mansoura University.in order to present a proposed vision for activating the internationalization of education at Mansoura University in light of the recent trends in the internationalization of university and higher education. The study aims to identify the theoretical aspects of the internationalization of university education (its concept - its justifications- its patterns) and to identify the recent trends in the internationalization of university education, with a view to the reality of internationalization of education at Mansoura University.
