هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى وضع مقترح لإنشاء مركز التميز التربوي البحثي بكلية التربية جامعة أسيوط في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول من خلال عرض المبرات التي تدعو إلى ضرورة إنشاء ذلك المركز، واقتراح رؤية ورسالة وأهداف للمركز، واستخدم الباحث والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى بعض النتائج من أهمها: أن مراكز التميز لها رؤية تتمثل في تناول قضايا التعلم بشكل شامل، وأنها ترتبط بمتطلبات سوق العمل، كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن مراكز التميز تضم كفاءات فعالة بداخلها، بالإضافة إلى تنوع البرامج التعليمية، والأبحاث التطبيقية التي تتم داخل تلك المراكز، وكذلك تقديم الخدمات التعليمية للجتمع المحيط بها، وقدمت الدراسة في نهايتها تصورا مقترحا لإنشاء مركز للتميز التربوي البحثي بكلية التربية جامعة أسيوط. The current study aimed at setting up a suggested proposal to establish an educational excellence center at the faculty of education, Assiut University in light of the experiences of some countries. This includes the presentation of the justifications of setting up this center of educational excellence and suggesting a vision, mission and goals for this center. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach as it suits the nature of the study. The study came down to some important findings, most important of which are: the centers of excellence have a vision that deals with the issues of education comprehensively. Also, the centers of excellence are related to the requirements of the labor market. The findings of the study showed that the centers of excellence include effective competencies who work inside these centers. The study concluded with setting up a suggested proposal to establish an educational excellence center at the faculty of education, Assiut University in light of the experiences of some countries.
