The main objective of the research is Detecting Effectiveness of Learning Environment based on Web 2.0 Tools in develop scholastic achievement motivation and Cognitive achievement for a sample of Gifted Underachievers Pupils based on multiple intelligences Theory, by using Individual learning style and self learning style in Learning Environment based on Web 2.0 Tools. The survey sample consist of (315) from Gifted Underachievers Pupils in preparing stage , and Experimental sample Consisted of (17) Pupils , in two groups one of them is first experimental group (9) Pupils and other second experimental group (8) Pupils , results show the effectiveness of the use of individual learning style in development scholastic achievement motivation and Cognitive achievement.
