This study aimed to determining the extent of the practice of mathematics parameterized in primary schools in Medina for the development of creative thinking skills. To achieve this study, the researcher prepare a note card, containing (50) skills divided into four skill areas (fluency, originality, flexibility, sensitivity to problems). Has been verified sincerity and persistence of statistical methods known. The observation note was applied on a sample of parameterized of mathematics in primary stage schools in Medina that contained (87) parameterized working in (133) primary schools. And using appropriate statistical methods , the raw scores were analyzed for research and analysis, this resulted in the following results : The total performance average of parameters Mathematics (study sample) of the kills of developing creative thinking (contained in the observation card) was (3.17) and fall in the value of this level (high)and indicate the height of owning parameters Mathematics ( study sample ) for skills development of creative thinking. The practice of parameters mathematics for the development of creative thinking at the elementary level and skills of the four came up as the standard adopted by the researcher to determine the degree of practice , except for skill practices encouraging flexibility and originality came in grade average. In light of this result was the formulation of recommendations and proposals of the study.
