This study aimed to verify the effectiveness of the training program to improve social competence for people with emotional difficulties of social and emotional learning preparatory phase , and the impact in reducing school bullying behavior they have. The study sample consisted of basic (00) male and female pupils of grade II preparatory them (00) were male, (00) females who have learning difficulties, social and emotional, and I have missed this sample from among members of the sample primary and that the number of members (000) male and female pupils second-graders preparatory a joint peace prep school educational management of the large hill in Ismailia, for the academic year (2013 - 2014 AD) during the period, the average age of time (00.00) years with a standard deviation of (0.00) years. Was applied to measure learning social and emotional preparation / researcher , testing mental capacity level (12 - 15 years) Setup / Farouk Abdel Fattah (2007), a measure estimating behavioral characteristics of students with learning difficulties Setup / researcher, screening test nervous quick to sort students with difficulties preparation of learning / Mostafa Kamel (2008) , a measure of competence social preparation emotional / researcher, school bullying test preparation / researcher , and a training program to improve the efficiency of social emotional learning disabled social and emotional preparation / researcher. The study found the effectiveness of the training program to improve social competence for people with emotional difficulties of social and emotional learning preparatory stage, where he was the effect size of a large impact of the program, which led to the reduction of school bullying behavior have.
