Kindergarten is the most important stages of education experienced by the learner throughout his life, the researchers noted that the child at this stage needs to be many programs and training becomes even more capable of dealing with life and educational follow up of the educational process, and over time turns these learners from potential energy is not active in the community can not take advantage of them to creative learners, for this research study current to detect the impact of training on some active learning strategies in innovative thinking and efficient working memory in children stage pre-school, and can formulate the problem of the study in question the president the following: What is the differences in the level of innovative thinking and in the efficiency of working memory in children experimental groups immediately after the training as well as after a month of training? The results of the study has reached a current to exceed a total of (Think - Pair - Share) on the two groups of Corresponding cooperative and role-playing immediately after the training as well as in the follow-up measurement. (Published abstract)
