The teacher’s sense of helplessness and attitude towards any new position in the education process may be linked to the nature of the learner which deals with the scientific content, or which is provided by serious educational tools that can be used in different places of learning. We must therefore close the pitfall in the preparation of the teacher for the blind by holding a number of sessions. To bear fruit for these, courses must recognize the reality of the training needs for those courses. This has led to numerous research results, namely that ‘Cooperative Learning’ is better than either ‘Competitive’ or ‘Individual’ learning. This preference however, is reflected by the increasing achievement and improvement of the awareness of productivity, and the establishment of positive relations among the educated, as well as the development of mental health conditions among candidates ‘Cooperative learning’ is a method in education, and training calls for cooperation between teachers and students to achieve the learning outcomes planned. For blind children, the teacher needs to organize his education program in such a way as to include education, training for disabled persons on skills of reading and writing in Braille Braille converts the alphabets to sensuous points that can be felt by the blind. Other tools may be used in the writing of Braille, such as the Perkin Machine, the Ruler and Almekhraz The current research aims at investigating the use of ‘Collaborative Learning’ in the development of reading and writing skills in Braille for blind students enrolled at the University of Taif. Research results showed that Effective use of cooperative learning Strategy in the development of reading and writing skills in Braille for students enrolled in the study at the University of Taif to communicate with the blind child.
