هدفت الدراسة إلى رصد أهم معايير الجودة في التعليم العالي بالمملكة العربية السعودية ومستوى تطبيقها في أرض الواقع من وجهة نظر اعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة حائل اعتمادًا على معايير الهيئة الوطنية للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية- جامعة حائل في العام الجامعي 1434/1435ﻫ - 2013/2014م، وقد بلغ مجتمع الدراسة 221 عضوًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من الجنسين، وبلغ عدد العينة النهائي (85) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، أعد الباحث استبانة تكونت بصورتها النهائية من (79) عبارة موزعة على (11) معيارًا رئيسًا، وقد تم تبني طريقة ليكرت الخماسية للإجابة عن العبارات، وشملت الاستجابات: تطبق بدرجة (كبيرة جدًا - كبيرة - أحياناً - إلى حد ما - لا تطبق)، ثم أجريت الإحصائيات الوصفية والاستدلالية للدرجات الخام للاستبانة، وقد أظهرت النتائج الآتي:هناك بعض المعايير التي تطبق بدرجة كبيرة بكلية التربية بجامعة حائل لعل من أهمها تلك المعايير المتصلة برسالة الكلية وأهدافها. هناك بعض المعايير التي تطبق إلى حد ما بكلية التربية بجامعة حائل، وتحتاج إلى تفعيل لعل من أهمها تلك المعايير المتصلة بمصادر التعلم، والمرافق والتجهيزات، وعمليات توظيف الهيئة التدريسية والإدارية.هناك بعض المعايير التي لا تطبق بكلية التربية بجامعة حائل وتحتاج إلى خطة عاجلة لتفعيلها لعل من أهمها تلك المعايير المتصلة بعلاقة الكلية بالمجتمع.توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا سواء أكانت عند مستوى (0.01، و0.05) وفقًا لمتغيري: النوع، والقسم الأكاديمي، ومن خلال الإحصائيات وجد أنها لصالح الذكور في مقابل الإناث، وفي صالح قسم التربية في مقابل الأقسام الأخرى. The study aimed to monitor the most important quality standards in higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the extent to which applied from the perspective of members of the Faculty of Education at the University of Hail depending on the standards of the National Assessment and Accreditation. The study population consisted of all members of the Faculty of Education - University of Hail in the academic year 2013/2014 (N= 221), and the number of sample final (N=85) members of the faculty; to achieve the objectives of the study; the researcher developed a questionnaire consisted in its final form of (79) statements distributed on (11) main standards; has been adopted Likert scale: apply a degree :(extremely high - high - sometimes - somewhat - don’t apply). The results have shown the following: There are some standards that were applied in the Faculty of Education at Hail University, especially that are related to the faculty aims and mission. There are some standards that apply to some extent the Faculty of Education at the University of Hail, and need to activate, most notably those related to the standards learning resources, facilities, equipment, operations and recruitment of faculty and administrative. There are some standards that aren’t applied at Hail Faculty of Education that are related to the relationship between the faculty and the society. These standards need active treatment plan. There are statically significant differences either at level (0.01; 0.05) according to the two variables of gender and the academic department in favor to males instead of females; also it was in favor to the department of education instead of other departments.
