This research aims at defining the relationship between Academic procrastination and Time-Management for students of college of education university of Al-Qadisiyah. The specimen of this research consisted of (368) student of both sexes chosen randomly according to class and equal distribution, And to achieve the aims of the research, The researcher built the test Academic procrastination. As well as The researcher here adopted the measurement of Time-Management. In order to use these tow tools in measurement, the researcher has followed a group of procedures of which he analyzing the articles of the tests, Reliability and Validity. He deduced the coefficient of consistency in two ways: Split-Half method and Alpha - Gronbach coefficient. The amount of consistency of the Academic procrastination through Split-Half method was (0 ,93) , While through the Alpha - Gronbach method it was (0,76) . The amount of consistency of the Time-Management through Split-Half method was (0,76) , While through the Alpha - Gronbach method it was (0,71) . After application of the research tools and getting student’s answers, the researcher used the suitable statistical aids for reaching the conclusions, the results were the following: The students of haven’t Academic procrastination, The students of haven’t Time-Management, and a weak relationship has been detected between Academic procrastination and Time-Management in students.
