استهدف البحث الحالی التعرف على فاعلیة بیئة تعلیمیة قائمة على الاتصال المتزامن وغیر المتزامن فی تنمیة التحصیل المعرفی والأداء المهاری لمقرر شبكات الحاسب الآلی لدى طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة معلم حاسب آلی بكلیة التربیة النوعیة، ولتحقیق هدف البحث قام الباحثان بتصمیم موقع إلكترونی تعلیمی لمقرر شبكات الحاسب الآلی فی ضوء نموذج  محمد الدسوقی،2010 للتصمیم التعلیمی، وقد اقتصر البحث على عینة من 30 طالب من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة معلم حاسب  بكلیة التربیة النوعیة جامعة طنطا وموزعین عشوائیاً وبالتساوی إلى ثلاث مجموعات تجریبیة (المجموعة التجریبیة الأولى تدرس باستخدام أدوات الاتصال المتزامنة) و (المجموعة التجریبیة الثانیة تدرس باستخدام أدوات الاتصال غیر المتزامنة) و(المجموعة التجریبیة الثالثة تدرس باستخدام أدوات الاتصال المتزامنة و غیر المتزامنة معاً) ، وقد أسفرت نتائج التطبیق عن فاعلیة التدریس باستخدام الدمج بین أدوات الاتصال المتزامنة وغیر المتزامنة فی التحصیل المعرفی والأداء المهاری لمقرر شبكات الحاسب الآلی لدى طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة معلم حاسب آلی بكلیة التربیة النوعیة، ویوصی البحث الحالی بضرورة الدمج بین أدوات الاتصال المتزامنة وغیر المتزامنة فی بیئة التعلیم والتعلم الإلكترونیة من أجل بیئة تفاعلیة تساعد على تحفیز الطلاب على التواصل مع المقرر الإلكتروني. The research aims to identify the effectiveness of a learning environment that is based on synchronous communication and asynchronous in the development of cognitive achievement and performance skills for decision Computer networks among students in the fourth year, the Department of Teacher Computer Faculty of Specific Education, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researchers designed a website tutorial decision Computer networks using the model of (Mohammed Eldesoky, 2010) to instructional design, has been limited research on a sample of 30 students from the fourth year, the Department of Computer Teacher Faculty of Specific Education, Tanta University and distributors randomly and evenly into three experimental groups (experimental first group studied using communication tools synchronous) and (second experimental group is considering using the tools of communication asynchronous) and (experimental third group is considering using the communication tools synchronous and asynchronous together), have resulted in the outcome of the application for the effectiveness of teaching using a combination of communication tools synchronous and asynchronous in the collection of knowledge and performance skills for course of Computer Networks among students in the fourth year, the Division of Computer teacher Faculty of Specific Education, The research recommends the need for integration between communication tools synchronous and asynchronous in the teaching and learning environment for electronic interactive environment helps to motivate students to communicate with E - Course.
