هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطویر دور الإدارة المدرسیة فی اكتشاف ورعایة الطالبات المبدعات فی المدارس الحكومیة فی الطائف استناداً إلى الأدب النظری, والواقع التقییمی الحالی لدور الإدارة المدرسیة فی اكتشاف ورعایة الطالبات المبدعات. تكون مجتمع الدراسة وعینتها من جمیع مدیرات المدارس الحكومیة للعام الدراسی 1433/14334. طورت الباحثة استبانة مكونة من50 فقرة موزعة على مجالات عمل المدیرة الخمسة التالیة: تنمیة المعلمات مهنیاُ, رعایة الطالبات, تنمیة العلاقة مع المجتمع المحلی, إثراء المناهج, تطویر عملیة التعلم والتعلیم؛ للتعرف على الأداء الحالی للمدیرات فی اكتشاف ورعایة الطالبات المبدعات فی المدارس الحكومیة فی الطائف. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفی التحلیلی, وبینت النتائج أن المتوسط العام لممارسة فقرات أداة الدراسة بلغ (1.72) بدرجة (متوسطة), مما أبرز حاجة ماسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطویر دور الإدارة المدرسیة فی اكتشاف ورعایة الطالبات المبدعات فی المدارس الحكومیة فی الطائف. وفی ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصیات منها: تطبیق التصور المقترح وتعمیمه, تبنی مفهوم المسؤولیة الجماعیة, توفیر قاعدة بیانات تتابعیة للطالبات المبدعات, تفعیل التقییم المستمر بهدف التحسین والتطویر, وإجراء المزید من الدراسات. The study aimed at putting a visualize proposal for the development of the role of school management in discovering and nurturing creative students in public schools in Taif on the basis of the theoretical literature, and indeed current assessment of the role of school management in discovering and nurturing creative students. The sample of the study included all the directors of government schools for the academic year 1433/14334. Researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of 50 items distributed on five areas of work of the Director, namely: development professionally parameters, care students, develop the relationship with the local community, enriching the curriculum, develop teaching and learning process, to identify the performance current of managers in discovering and nurturing students Innovators in public schools in Taif. The study used descriptive analytical method, and the results showed that the overall average for vertebrae study tool was (1.72) degree (medium), which highlighted the urgent need to putting a visualize proposal to develop the role of school management in discovering and nurturing students creative in schools government in Taif. The study recommended a number of remarks, namely, the application of the proposed visualization and circulated, adopting the concept of collective responsibility, to provide sequential database for creative students, activating the continuous assessment in order to improve and develop, and further studies.
