هدفت الدراسة إلي صياغة رؤية مقترحة للتدريب الإلكتروني للمعلمين أثناء الخدمة في ضوء نموذج المدرسة الذكية كأحد نماذج التجديد التربوي في التعليم قبل الجامعي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة صممت استبانة لآراء المعلمين في التعليم قبل الجامعي في واقع التدريب الإلكتروني، طبقت بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها حيث بلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (580) معلماً ومعلمة في محافظتي الإسماعيلية وبورسعيد، وقد اختيروا بشكل عشوائي، وهم موزعون في مختلف مدارس المحافظتين، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بشقيه التحليلي والمستقبلي وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الغالبية العظمي من المدارس تحتاج إلي مراجعة الإمكانيات المتوفرة بها في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. وانتهت الدراسة بتوصية ضرورة إنشاء مركز التدريب الإلكتروني للمعلمين. The study aimed at formulating a suggested vision for e-training for teachers during the service in light of the smart school model as one of the models of educational innovation in pre-university education. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire is designed to identify the views of teachers in pre-university education on reality of E- training system. It is applied after the confirmation of its validity and reliability. The number of the study sample members is (580) male and female teachers in Ismailia and Port Said Governorates, chosen randomly and distributed in various governorate Schools. The researcher has used the descriptive method with the analytical and Futuristic aspects. The results indicated that the vast majority of schools need to review the facilities available in the information and communications technology. The study concluded the recommendation of the need to establish an e- training center for teachers. (Published abstract)
