The habits of mind are the behaviors of difficult to use automatically if you do not train students on them, and are available to them the opportunity to apply , and confirms the Educators that there is a set of assumptions that form the theoretical basis for training on the habits of the mind in order to reach the mind to highly effective , and make it have the habits of mind developed up by to maximum performance, so current research aims at building Suggested approach based on some of the habits of mind of cognitive training for students / teachers of home economics on the skills of reflective thinking, in an effort to develop methods of teaching home economics, and give the student the ability to exercise habits and mental training in their use in Different educational situations. In light of this, may the researcher to follow the descriptive analytical method and that about a reality or phenomenon, and try to reach conclusions and generalizations help in the development of the reality that is being studied, and she build the Suggested approach accordance with the five habits of mind that will help in the development of thinking in general, and reflective thinking in particular, which have been analyzed in terms of the levels and stages, skills and mental processes.
