The study aimed at knowing the students attitudes toward the future career and the potential motives behind joining SE specialty in MU. The current study sample consisted of (155) male students in SE section at MU for the scholar year 11/12H. The tool of the study comprised of two measures in form of questionnaire prepared for this purpose, it measures the potential factors behind why the students joined SE section; it is composed of (30) paragraphs, and attitude measure toward future career which is comprised of (24) paragraphs distributed between the(2) questioners ,with a (4) grades estimative scale. Concerning question no.1 related with the attitudes of SE students at MU toward the future career ,the study results showed that the students attitudes were positive. For question no.2: what are the effective motives in selecting SE specialty at MU? The result showed there were effective motives behind their choice. For question no. 3: are there differences with significant sign at (0.05=a) level in the students attitudes attributed to study level? The result showed no significant sign at (0.05=a) level in this. For question no.4 which states: Are there statistical sign at (0.05=a) level for students attitudes attributed to the parents educational level? The result showed no significant sign at (0.05=a) level. For question no. 5 which states: Is there any significant relation between student attitudes for future career and their educational achievement? The result showed there is no relation .For question no.6 which states: Are there significant differences behind the students choice in studying SE at MU and the potential motives attributed to the educational level of the parents at (0.05=a) level between potential motives and students attitudes behind selecting at MU as future career? The result showed there is positive relation at (0.05=a) level. The study recommended to provide vocational guidance for the students, and their parents during the last scholar stage of study, so they can determine the studies they want in university, the students desire, ambitions and work needs are linked. Besides, adopting a philosophy by ministry of education to enhance attitude toward specialties: this can be done through maintaining courses related with this subject, and setting terms and conditions by the university assuring vocational aptitude test before accepting students in any specialty. Moreover, keep watching the SE graduates in their work fields at schools to know the problems they are facing in reality which might effect their positive attitudes towards teaching the students with special needs.
