هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على مدى قيام معلم التربية الخاصة بدوره في تحقيق أهداف التربية الوجدانية للتلاميذ المعاقين سمعياً بسلطنة عمان، والتي تعد من أهم الأدوار التي يضطلع بها معلم التربية الخاصة، ويسعى لإشباع الحاجات الوجدانية للتلاميذ كالحاجة إلى الأمن والمحبة والقبول والتقدير الاجتماعي، والاستقلال، والقدوة، وغيرها، وهذه الحاجات تدفع الفرد إلى الأمام بقصد الوصول إلى تحقيق ذاته، ولتصبح حياته غنية، وثرية، وجدانياً، واجتماعيا، وشملت عينة الدراسة 50 معلم تربية خاصة (إعاقة سمعية) في ثلاث محافظات من محافظات السلطنة هي محافظة مسقط، ومحافظة شمال الباطنة، ومحافظة ظفار من خلال استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة الدراسة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها ضعف قدرة بعض المعلمين على توظيف الأنشطة التعليمية؛ لتلبية الاحتياجات الوجدانية للتلاميذ المعاقين سمعيا في برنامج الدمج نتيجة ضعف الإعداد الأكاديمي الذى يتلقاه المعلمون بالإضافة إلى أن الإعداد الأكاديمي لم يكن بالدرجة الكافية في تعليم معلمي التربية الخاصة كيفية توظيف برامج الإعاقة السمعية التي تفي بالاحتياجات الوجدانية للتلاميذ المعاقين سمعيا، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على رفع مستوى الخريجين من معلمي التربية الخاصة من خلال توفير إعداد أكاديمي يشتمل على التربية الوجدانية وسبل تعزيزها لدى الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة. The present study aimed to identify the extent to which the teacher of special education in turn to achieve the goals of emotional education for students with hearing disabilities in the Sultanate of Oman. One of the most important roles played by the teacher of special education to achieve the objectives of emotional education for the hearing impaired is satisfying the emotional needs of students such as the need for security, love, acceptance, social appreciation, The study sample included (50) special education teachers (audio disability) in three governorates of the Sultanate, Muscat Governorate, North Batinah Governorate and Dhofar Governorate through a questionnaire distributed to the study sample. The results of the study were the weakest ability of some teachers to employ educational activities to meet the needs of students with hearing disabilities in the integration program due to poor academic preparation received by teachers. The study recommended the need to raise the level of graduates of special education teachers by providing appropriate academic preparation for them. (Published abstract)
