هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الدور التربوي لمؤسسات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر مديرات ومربيات هذه الرياض في فلسطين، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديرات رياض الأطفال ومربياته في محافظة سلفيت البالغ عددهم (58) مديرة، و(116) مربية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة بنسبة (100%) من مجتمع الدراسة، واعتُمدت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، واستخدِم المنهج الوصفي المسحي الميداني كمنهج للدراسة. ومن نتائج الدراسة أن معظم رياض الأطفال في فلسطين تفتقر للساحات الواسعة الكافية لاحتياجات الأطفال ونشاطاتهم. وتبين أيضاً أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء مديرات رياض الأطفال ومربياته في فلسطين نحو أهمية الدور التربوي لروضة الأطفال تبعا لمتغير طبيعة العمل والتخصص؛ ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للدور التربوي لمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في فلسطين من وجهة نظر مديرات الرياض ومربياته تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. The study aims to identify the educational role of kindergartens institutions from the attitudes of the administrators and teachers of kindergartens in Palestine. The study society consists of all the administrators and teachers of kindergartens in Salfit Governorate who are estimated to (58) administrators and (116) teachers of the study population. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool for study, the researcher has used the descriptive approach which was used as a method of study. The results of the study show that most of the kindergartens in Palestine lack much enough spaces for children's needs and activities. It was also found that there are no statistically significant differences between the opinions of the administrators and teachers of kindergartens in Palestine, the study discusses the importance of the educational role of the kindergarten according to the nature of the work and the specialization. There are differences of statistical significance for the educational role of kindergartens in Palestine from the view point of the administrators and teachers in kindergarten which is attributed to the variable scientific qualification.
