هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الكفايات التدريسية التي يمتلكها عضو هيئة التدريس بجامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظر الطلبة في ضوء معايير جودة التعليم، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (468) طالباً وطالبة، منهم (106) طالب و(362) طالبة. قام الباحثون بتطوير اداة تكونت بصورتها النهائية من أربع مجالات وهي: التخطيط للتدريس، تنفيذ التدريس، تقويم التدريس، الاتصال والتفاعل الصفي ومكونة من (50) فقرة، وتم إجراء معاملي الصدق والثبات لها، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن ترتيب المجالات كان وفق الآتي: مجال التخطيط للتدريس، تقويم التدريس، تنفيذ التدريس، وأخيراً الاتصال والتفاعل الصفي، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر الطلبة تُعزى لمتغيري النوع الاجتماعي ومستوى الطلبة، في ضوء ذلك أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إخضاع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية لدورات تدريبية لتنمية كفايات الاتصال والتفاعل الصفي والتقويم. This study aimed to identify the degree of Instructional competences for the teaching staff in Al-Salt Faculty for humanity sciences in Al-Balqa'a applied university according to the students' view of the learning quality standards. The study sample included (468) students, (106) male students and (362) female students. We developed the efficiency of teaching measure that included four fields which are teaching planning, implementation of teaching, teaching calibration and communication and interaction classroom consisting of (50) paragraphs in addition to activate both stability and honor. The results of this study showed that the arrangement of these fields are teaching planning then teaching calibration next implementation of teaching finally communication and interaction classroom. Therefore, there weren't any significant differences in the point of the students' view according to the gender and the students' level. In the light of the study findings, the researchers present some recommendations, one of them that the Faculty staff of Al-Salt Faculty for humanity sciences in Al-Balqa'a Applied University should attend training courses to develop instructional competences, class reaction and evaluation.
