هدفت الدِّراسة إلى معرفة الأنماط القيادية السائدة لدى مديرات المدارس الخاصة في لواء عين الباشا وعلاقتها بالروح المعنوية للمعلمات. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (170) معلمة ممن يعملن في المدارس الخاصة بلواء عين الباشا التابع لمحافظة البلقاء في الأردن. قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة من مجالين حيث هدف المجال الأول إلى معرفة الأنماط القيادية السائدة لدى مديرات المدارس الخاصة من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وتكونت أداة الدراسة في مجالها الأول من (20) فقرة موزعة على محورين هما: نمط المبادأة والاهتمام بالعمل، ونمط الإهتمام بالعلاقات الإنسانية. واشتمل المجال الثاني من الاستبانة على (20) فقرة وتتعلق بمستوى الروح المعنوية لمعلمات المدارس الخاصة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الآتي: كانت تقديرات معلمات المدارس الخاصة للأنماط القيادية السائدة لدى مديرات المدارس مرتفعة في محوري المجال الأول. كما كانت تقديراتهن لمستوى الروح المعنوية للمعلمات مرتفعة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين الأنماط القيادية السائدة لدى مديرات المدارس الخاصة في لواء عين الباشا وعلاقتها بالروح المعنوية للمعلمات. وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه الدِّراسة من نتائج توصي الباحثة بقيام وزارة التربية والتعليم بتوجيه مديرات المدارس نحو الأنماط القيادية المناسبة وذلك بالتركيز على جميع الفقرات التي جاءت بأداة الدراسة. The study aimed at identifying the prevailing leadership styles among the principals of private schools in the Ain Al-Basha District and their relation to the morale of the teachers. The study was followed by a descriptive approach. The sample consisted of (170) female teachers working in the private schools in Ain Al-Basha district of Al-Balqa Governorate in Jordan. The researcher prepared a questionnaire from two fields. The aim of the first field was to identify the prevailing leadership styles among the principals of private schools. The study tool consisted of (20) sections divided into two axes: the beginning and the interest in work, and attention to human relations. The second area of the questionnaire included (20) paragraphs related to the level of morale of private school teachers. The results of the study showed that: The estimates of private school teachers for the leadership styles of school principals were high at the core of the questionnaire. Their teachers' morale ratings were also high. The results also showed a correlation between the prevailing leadership styles among the principals of private schools in the Ain al-Basha district and their relation to teachers' morale. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends that the Ministry of Education direct the school principals to the appropriate leadership styles by focusing on all the paragraphs that came with the study tool.
