هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى المهارات الاجتماعية والحصيلة اللغوية وتحديد العلاقة بينهما لدى أطفال الروضة في محافظة الزرقاء، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) طفل نصفهم من الذكور والنصف الآخر من الإناث الملتحقين برياض الأطفال في محافظة الزرقاء خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 2018-2019. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية لأطفال الروضة من إعداد اليوسف (2008) ومقياس الحصيلة اللغوية من إعداد فضيلي (2013) بعد التحقق من دلالات الصدق والثبات لهما. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى المهارات الاجتماعية لدى أطفال الروضة في محافظة الزرقاء جاء مرتفعا، كما أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع مستوى الحصيلة اللغوية لديهم، وأظهرت أيضًا وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين المهارات الاجتماعية والحصيلة اللغوية. وأظهرت عدم وجود فروق في أداء أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس الحصيلة اللغوية تعزى لمتغير الجنس أو الترتيب الولادي، في حين أظهرت وجود فروق في أداء أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية تعزى لمتغير الجنس وكانت لصالح الإناث، ولم تشر النتائج إلى وجود فروق في أداء أفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية يعزى لمتغير الترتيب الولادي. The study aimed to identify the level of social skills and linguistic outcomes and determine the relationship between them in Kindergarten children in Zarqa Governorate. The study sample consisted of (200) children, half of them males and the other half of females enrolled in kindergartens in Zarqa Governorate during the first semester of 2018-2019. To achieve the objectives of the study was used to measure the social skills of preschool children prepared by Al-Yousuf (2008) and the measure of the linguistic outcome by Al-Fadhili (2013). The results of the study indicated that the level of social skills among Kindergarten children in Zarqa governorate was high. The results also showed a high level of the linguistic outcomes among kindergarten children in Zarqa Governorate, and showed a positive correlation between social skills and linguistic outcomes. There were no differences between the performance of the study sample on the scale of the linguistic outcome due to the gender variable or the birth order, while there were differences between the performance of the members of the study sample on the social skills scale due to the gender variable. The performance of the study sample on the social skill scale is due to the variable birth order. (Published abstract)
