هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن واقع فاعلية التعليم في تحقيق التنمية وتلبية حاجات سوق العمل، وبناء مقترح تربوي لتحقيق المتطلبات الأساسية المستقبلية لزيادة فاعلية دور التعليم في تحقيق التنمية وتلبية حاجات سوق العمل وفق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج النوعي مستخدمة مجموعات التركيز (Focus Group) لجمع البيانات من (120) معلماً، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية لا يحقق التنمية وتلبية حاجات سوق العمل، كما بنت الدراسة في ضوء اقتراحات المعلمين مقترحاً تربوياً لتحقيق المتطلبات الأساسية المستقبلية لزيادة فاعلية دور التعليم في تحقيق التنمية وتلبية حاجات سوق العمل وفق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030. وأوصت الدراسة بوضع مؤشرات واقعية لسير التعليم نحو تلبية المتطلبات الأساسية المستقبلية في تحقيق التنمية وتلبية حاجات سوق العمل وفق رؤية المملكة 2030، وتحديد معايير دقيقة للمساءلة في النظام التعليمي. This study aimed to discover the reality of the effectiveness of education in achieving development and meet the needs of the labor market and to build an educational proposal to achieve the basic requirement for increasing the effectiveness of the role of education in achieving development and meeting the needs of the labor market according to the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030. The study adopted the qualitative approach using Focus Group to collect data from (120) teachers. The study concluded that the reality of education in Saudi Arabia does not achieve development and meet the needs of the labor market. The study also built an educational proposal to achieve the basic requirement for increasing the effectiveness of the role of education in achieving development and meeting the needs of the labor market according to the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030 based on the proposals of the teachers. The study recommended the development of realistic indicators of the progress of education towards meeting the basic requirements of the future in achieving development and meeting the needs of the labor market according to the vision of the Kingdom 2030, and the establishment of accurate standards of accountability in the educational system.
