The study aimed at surveying the views of (160) specialists in psychology and sociology who work in Egyptian schools about the child cinema industry and whether local cinema meets the need or not, the study relied on the collection of questionnaire data by designing a survey questionnaire that has been evaluated and reviewed by specialists, data analysis revealed that there were a number of strong reasons that hinder the art of cinema, represented in writing, directing, technology and money, the study also revealed the willingness of social and psychology specialists to integrate the image of culture and cinema into the classroom. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study samples about developing the film production for the Arab child, in regard to the following variables (gender, specialization, level of education, age, and years of experience). The study ended with a set of recommendations and proposals. (Published abstract)
