هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي التعرف علي جهود الجمعيات الأهلية من خلال التعرف علي العوامل المجتمعية المسببة لتفاقم مشكل الأمية سواءاً كانت العوامل الاقتصادية مثل الفقر والعوامل الاجتماعية مثل الزيادة السكانية، والعوامل التعليمية مثل التسرب من التعليم وكذلك قصور القوانين والتشريعات في مجال محو الأمية، والتعرف علي واقع جهود الجمعيات الأهلية المبذولة في مجال محو الأمية في مصر، وكذلك التعرف على الصعوبات التى تواجه الجمعيات الأهلية وتعوقها عن تنفيذ برامجها فى مجال محو الأمية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي أهمية جهود هذه الجمعيات في مجال محو الأمية بما توفره من امكانات وما تقوم به من أنشطة وخدمات في مجال محو الأمية، وضرورة تنسيق وتفعيل الشراكة بين الجهود الحكومية الرسمية مع جهود الجمعيات الأهلية وباقى مؤسسات المجتمع المدنى والمتابعة المستمرة للأميين بعد انتهاء دراستهم، وكذلك العمل علي تمكين الأميين اقتصادياً واجتماعياً وثقافياً حتى لا يرتدوا مرة أخرى للأمية،من خلال إقامة المشاريع الانتاجية والتى تساهم فى التغلب على المعوقات الاقتصادية التى تعوق الأميين عن الذهاب إلى فصول محو الأمية. The current study aimed to identify the efforts of civil societies by identifying societal factors that cause exacerbation of illiteracy problems, whether they are economic factors such as poverty and social factors such as overpopulation, educational factors such as dropout from education as well as insufficient laws and legislation in the field of literacy, and to identify the reality of efforts Civil societies in the field of illiteracy eradication in Egypt, as well as identifying the difficulties facing NGOs and impeding them from implementing their programs in the field of illiteracy eradication. The study reached the importance of the efforts of these societies in the field of illiteracy eradication One of the capabilities and activities it undertakes in the field of literacy And the necessity to coordinate and activate the partnership between the official governmental efforts with the efforts of the civil societies and the rest of the civil society institutions and the continuous follow-up of the illiterate after the end of their studies, as well as work to enable the illiterate economically, socially and culturally so that they do not wear back to the illiteracy, through the establishment of productive projects that contribute to overcoming economic obstacles That prevent illiterate people from going to literacy classes.
