هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة قائدات المدارس الثانوية للقيادة الخادمة من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الثانوية بشرق مدينة الرياض، وتحديد المقترحات التي من شأنها تحسين إدارة هذه المدارس باستخدام مدخل القيادة الخادمة من وجهة نظر المعلمات، إلى جانب وضع تصور مقترح لتحسيـن إدارة المدارس الثانوية باستخدام مدخل القيادة الخادمة. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف اُستخدم المنهج الوصفي (التحليلي)، وتم بناء استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة البحث المكونة من (246) معلمة بالمدارس الثانوية الحكومية بشرق مدينة الرياض. وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: أن مستوى ممارسة قائدات المدارس الثانوية للقيادة الخادمة من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الثانوية بشرق مدينة الرياض جاء بدرجة (عالية)؛ بمتوسط حسابي (3.45)، وأن الترتيب التنازلي لأبعاد القيادة الخادمة بحسب مستوى الممارسة جاء كما يلي: (بعد الإيثار، فبعد العلاقات الإنسانية، فبعد التمكين، فبعد القيم الشخصية، فبعد المسؤولية التنظيمية، فبعد تصميم خطط مقنعة). كما تبين أن درجة الاستجابة على المقترحات التي من شأنها تحسين إدارة المدارس الثانوية باستخدام مدخل القيادة الخادمة جاءت بدرجة (عالية)، بمتوسط حسابي (3.40)، ومن أبرزها: اعتماد الإدارات التعليمية لأساليب قياس تساعد في تحديد مستوى المسؤولية التنظيمية لدى قائدات المدارس كأحد معايير رخص القيادة المدرسية،وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تم وضع تصور مقترح، وعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات التي تسهم في تحسيـن إدارة المدارس الثانوية باستخدام مدخل القيادة الخادمة. The study aimed to identify the level of secondary school female leaders' practice for the servant leadership from the perspectives of the secondary school female teachers in the eastern part of Riyadh City, as well as to identify the proposals that would improve the management of these schools by using entrance of the servant leadership from the perspectives of the female teachers, and also to put a proposed perception to improve the management of the secondary schools by using entrance of the servant leadership. The study reached several results, the most important of them were: the level of secondary school female leaders' practice for the servant leadership from the perspectives of the secondary school female teachers in the eastern part of Riyadh City was with a (high) degree, with a general average of (3.45), and that the descending order of the servant leadership' dimensions according to practice degree was as follows: (Altruism, Human Relationships, Empowerment, Personal Values, Organizational Responsibility, Designing Convincing Plans). As the results showed that the response degree to the proposals that would improve the management of the secondary schools using entrance of the servant was with a (high) degree, a proposed perception was developed to improve the management of the secondary schools by using entrance of the servant leadership.
