هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على القيادة التحويلية لقائدات المدارس وعلاقتها بتمكين الهيئة الإدارية المدرسية بمدارس التعليم العام، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وطبقت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (122) إدارية من مدارس التعليم العام الحكومية في مدينة مكة، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن سمات القيادة التحويلية لقائدات المدارس جاءت بدرجة (موافق)، كما أن مجالات القيادة التحويلية (الحفز الإلهامي، الاعتبارات الفردية، الاستثارة الفكرية) لقائدة المدرسة جاءت بدرجة (موافق)، بينما جاء محور (التأثير المثالي) بدرجة (موافق بشدة)، كما أظهرت النتائج أن التمكين الإداري لقائدات المدارس جاء بدرجة (موافق)، وأن توافر عناصر التمكين الإداري (تفويض السلطة، التحفيز، الاتصال ومشاركة المعلومات) لدى قائدة المدرسة جاءت بدرجة (موافق)، بينما جاء عنصري (العمل الجماعي، التدريب) بدرجة (موافق بشدة)، وكشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية لقائدات المدارس (التأثير المثالي، الحفز الإلهامي، الاعتبارات الفردية، الاستثارة الفكرية، الدرجة الكلية) والتمكين الإداري لدى القائدات (تفويض السلطة، العمل الجماعي، التدريب، التحفيز، الاتصال ومشاركة المعلومات، الدرجة الكلية). وتمثلت أبرز توصيات الدراسة، بضرورة اعتماد أسلوب القيادة التحويلية لدى جميع قائدات المدارس كنظام ومنهجية أساسية لا يسمح بتجاوزها، وضرورة إعداد دورات تدريبية لقائدات المدارس حول القيادة التحويلية، خاصة للقائدات الجدد، واعتماد اجتياز الدورة التدريبية كأحد شروط التكليف لقائدة المدرسة. The study aimed to identify Transformational leadership of school leaders and their relationship to empowering the school board in public schools, the study used relational descriptive method, it applied the questionnaire as a data collection tool, the study sample included (122) of administrative employees in public school in the City of Makkah. The results showed that the features of Transformational leadership of school leaders was expressed as (agree), also the fields of Transformational leadership (inspirational motivation, personal consideration Intellectual stimulation) of the school leader was expressed as (agree), while the axis of (ideal effect) was ex[pressed as (strongly agree) the results also showed that the administrative empowerment of school leaders was expressed as (agree) the availability of administrative empowerment elements (authority delegation motivation, communication and information sharing) of school leader was expressed as (agree) while the elements of (teamwork, training) were expressed as (strongly agree). Results showed that there was positive relationship between the degree of practicing Transformational leadership of school leaders (ideal effect, inspirational, motivation, personal consideration intellectual stimulation, total degree), and the Administrative Empowerment of the leaders (authority delegation, teamwork, training, motivation, communication and information sharing, total degree). The most important recommendations were, the necessity of authorizing the transformational leadership method for all school leaders as a basic system and methodology where no one is allowed to violate, and the necessity of preparing training courses for all school leaders on transformational leadership subject, especially for new leaders, and to authorize passing the training course as a prerequisite for the position of a school leader, and to work on deepening the principle of work as a teamwork, and to reinforce the feeling of job security for school staff.
