هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الكفايات الإرشادية لدى مرشدات مرحلتي المتوسطة والثانوية بمدارس جدة، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الفروق بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة وفقا لمتغيرات (مستوى المؤهل - سنوات الخبرة -الدورات التدريبية - المرحلة الدراسية)، تكونت العينة من مائة مرشدة، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي المقارن، حيث تم أعداد مقياس الدراسة بناءً على مقياس سمير (2002م). وتكوّن مقياس الكفايات الإرشادية المعد من قبل الباحثة (2019م) من أربعة وثلاثون فقرة، موزعة على ثمان مجالات (إعداد البرنامج الإرشادي، إدارة الجلسة الإرشادية وقيادتها، اتخاذ القرارات السليمة، العلاقة المهنية، تفهم السلوك الاجتماعي للمسترشد، التشخيص، استخدام الأساليب السلوكية والمعرفية، مهارات الاتصال والسلوك غير اللفظي)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات درجات الكفايات الإرشادية ككل لدى مرشدات التعليم العام، وفقاً لمتغير المؤهل (دبلوم توجيه وارشاد، بكالوريوس، دراسات عليا)، ووفقاً لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية (متوسط، ثانوي)، ووفقاً لمتغير الخبرة (أقل من ثلاث سنوات، من ثلاث إلى خمس سنوات، أكثر من خمس سنوات) وتوصي الدراسة بدعم دراسة الكفايات الإرشادية للمرشدة الطلابية من جميع الجوانب، والاهتمام بنشر التدريب، والعمل على تفرغ المرشدة لعملها الجوهري والأساسي. The study aimed to identify the reality of the guiding competencies in the guides of intermediate and secondary schools in Jeddah schools. The study also aimed at identifying the differences between the mean scores of the study sample according to the variables (level of qualification - years of experience - training courses - the study stage). The comparative descriptive approach was adopted. The study scale was based on the Samir scale (2002). The guideline competency scale prepared by the researcher (2019) consisted of thirty-four paragraphs, distributed over eight areas (preparation of the advisory program, management and guidance session, peaceful decision-making, professional relationship, understanding the social behavior of the guide, diagnosis, the use of behavioral and cognitive methods, Communication skills and nonverbal behavior). The study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences in the mean scores of the general competencies in the general education guides according to the qualification variable (diploma and guidance, bachelor, graduate studies), according to the variable of the educational stage (medium, secondary), and according to the variable. Experience (less than three years, three to five years, more than five years) The study recommends supporting the study of the guiding competencies of the student counselor in all aspects, and attention to the dissemination of training, and work on the full-time mentor for its essential and essential work.
