هدفت الدارسة التعرف إلى دور الحوكمة الإدارية في مكافحة الفساد الإداري في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الفلسطينية، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت الاستبيان أداة لجمع المعلومات، حيث تم تطبيقه على عينة قوامها (180) موظفاً وموظفة في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي، وأظهرت النتائج أن واقع الحوكمة الإدارية في مكافحة الفساد الإداري في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الفلسطينية جاءت مرتبة تنازليا كالتالي: سيادة القانون بوزن نسبي (61.53%)، المساءلة بوزن نسبي (61.14%)، العدالة والمساواة بوزن نسبي (59.35%)، المشاركة بوزن نسبي (58.45%)، والشفافية بوزن نسبي (58.29%)، والدرجة الكلية لمحور الحوكمة حصلت على وزن نسبي (59.75%)، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور الحوكمة الإدارية في مكافحة الفساد الإداري في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الفلسطينية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، أو المؤهل العلمي، أو الخبرة. This study aimed to identify the role of administrative governance in the fight against administrative corruption in the Palestinian Higher Education Ministry. To achieve this objective, the descriptive method was followed, using a questionnaire as a tool for collecting relevant data. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of (180) staff members from the ministry of higher education. The results showed that the aspects of the administrative governance in fighting administrative corruption in the ministry of higher education scored these results: rule of law (61.53%); accountability (61.14%); equity and equality (59.35%), partnership (58.29%); whereas the overall score of governance was (59.75). Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences in the role of administrative governance in fighting administrative corruption in the ministry of higher education that can be attributed to the variable of gender, academic qualification or experience.
