تهدف الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن درجة امتلاك أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفايات التعليم الإلكتروني في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (138) أستاذا وأستاذة. ولجمع البيانات تمّ استخدام مقياس كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني لعلي موسى العمري (2009). وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية، أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج الآتية: 1) يمتلك أساتذة التعليم الثانوي مستوى متوسط من كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني . 2) توجد فروق في درجة امتلاك أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفايات التعليم الإلكتروني تبعا لمتغير نمط التكوين لصالح خريجي المدارس العليا للأساتذة . 3) توجد فروق في درجة امتلاك أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفايات التعليم الإلكتروني تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور . 4) توجد فروق في درجة امتلاك أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفايات التعليم الإلكتروني تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية لصالح الأساتذة الجدد. 5) توجد فروق في درجة امتلاك أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفايات التعليم الإلكتروني تبعا لمتغير طبيعة المادة لصالح أساتذة مادة المعلوماتية. The present study aims at determining the degree of possession of E-learning competencies by teachers at high school in light of some variables. The study sample consisted of (138) teachers males and females, to collect data used eLearning competencies scale which prepared by Ali Moussa ELAMARI. After the statistical analysis, the study showed the following results: 1) Teachers of high school have an average level of e-learning competencies. 2) There are differences in the degree of possession of high school teachers of E-learning competencies according to the formation type for the benefit of graduates of higher schools for teachers. 3) There are differences in the degree of possession of high school teachers of E-learning competencies depending on the gender variable in favor of males. 4) There are differences in the degree of possession of high school teachers of E-learning competencies according to the variable of seniority for the benefit of new teachers. 5) There are differences in the degree of possession of high school teachers for E-learning competencies depending on the nature of the variable module for the benefit of teachers of informatics.
