The present study aimed at finding out the role of the guidance counselor in vocational and vocational preparation in the psychological and pedagogical preparation of students who are passing the baccalaureate. As the baccalaureate examination is crucial to the importance of the community as a whole, it represents a decisive stage in the transition of a large step of the educational life of students ahead of the world of work, so the guidance counselor to work throughout the year to accompany students and follow them psychologically through their support and motivation and lifting Of their morale, and the realization of psychological service for them, within the framework of the mandate of the law of the functions and techniques practiced by them, a questionnaire was built by the researchers for the purpose of the current study, consists of twenty (20) items, the first dimension: after the technical means and tools of the work of the consultant and Methods and techniques used with students in the psychological provide for the second dimension: after a guidance counselor and the adequacy of the achievement of follow-up psychological and to ensure will be applied to a sample of 300 pupils of secondary two phases and the average of any next baccalaureate average education certificate), we have adopted the descriptive analytical approach. And the appropriate statistical tools for the study. The results were as follows: 1) The role of the guidance counselor in vocational and vocational guidance in the psychological preparation and pedagogy for students coming to pass the baccalaureate degree, as taught by students of the third year secondary role satisfactory. 2) The conditions experienced by the counselor of the school and vocational guidance within the secondary school in order to provide psychological care for the students who pass the baccalaureate certificate. 3). The means by which the school and vocational guidance counselor works to carry out the task of psychosocial care for the benefit of students who pass the baccalaureate exam satisfactory.
