هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مستوى تطبيق التخطيط الإستراتيجي في كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية- جامعة ديالى، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (179) تدريسياً وتدريسية، واستعمل الباحث الإستبانة كأداة للدراسة الحالية وتكونت من (42) فقرة موزعة بين خمسة محاور، وجرى تطبيق األداة للعام الدراسي 2018-2019 وجرى تحليل نتائج الدراسة باستعمال الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة. أسفرت النتائج عن الآتي: 1) بلغ تقدير مستوى تطبيق التخطيط الإستراتيجي للمحاور ككل (مرتفع) بوسط حسابي (3.70) معياري وبانحراف (0.69). 2) حاز محور الإجراءات الإستراتيجية على المرتبة الأولى بوسط حسابي قدره (3.84) وانحراف معياري (0.72) وبتقدير (مرتفع)، وحاز محور الأهداف الإستراتيجية على المرتبة الثانية بوسط حسابي قدره (3.72) وانحراف معياري (0.72) وبتقدير (مرتفع)، وحاز محور التحليل الإستراتيجي على المرتبة الثالثة بوسط حسابي قدره (3.71) وانحراف معياري (0.76) وبتقدير (مرتفع)، وحاز محور الرسالة الإستراتيجية على المرتبة الرابعة بوسط حسابي (3.69) وانحراف معياري (0.76) وبتقدير (مرتفع)، وحاز محور الرؤية الإستراتيجية على المرتبة الخامسة بوسط حسابي قدره (3.57) وانحراف معياري (0.74) وبتقدير(مرتفع). 3) بلغ عدد الفقرات التي حازت على تقدير (مرتفع جداً) (10) فقرات، وبلغ عدد الفقرات التي حازت على تقدير (مرتفع) (18) فقرة، وبلغ عدد الفقرات التي حازت على تقدير متوسط (13) فقرة، وبلغ عدد الفقرات التي حازت على تقدير منخفض (1) فقرة. The study aims at determining the level of implementation of strategic planning in the college of Education for Humanities - University of Diyala. The sample of the Study consists of (179) teaching staff members. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the current study which consisted of (42) items distributed over five aspects. The tool was carried out in academic year of 2018-2019. The results of the study were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. Results demonstrated the following: 1) The level of implementation of the strategic planning of the axes as a whole was (high) as it was calculated with a mean (3.70) and a standard deviation of (0.69). 2) The aspect of Strategic Action ranked first with a mean (3.84), and a standard deviation was (0.72) with high rate. The aspect of strategic objectives ranked second with a mean of 3.72 and a standard deviation of 0.72 with a high rate. (3.73) and a standard deviation of (0.73) and an estimate (high). The strategic message axis ranked fourth with a mean (3.69), and a standard deviation of (0.76) and an estimate of (high) rate (3.57) However the aspect of Strategic vision ranked fifth with mean of 3.5u and standard deviation (0.74) with an estimated (high rate). 3) The number of items that received a (very high) rate was (10) items, and the number of items that have received a (high rank) was (18) items, and the number of items that received an estimate of an average rank was (13) items, and the number of items that have achieved Low rank was (1) item.
