هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى دافعية الإنجاز وعلاقتها بالذكاء الاستراتيجي لدى طلبة جامعة الملك فيصل بالمملكة العربية السعودية، والكشف عن أثر متغير (النوع الاجتماعي والمستوى الدراسي) على كل من دافعية الإنجاز والذكاء الاستراتيجي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (684) طالباً وطالبة يدرسون في مختلف المستويات الدراسية للعام الدراسي (2017-2018)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة جرى بناء مقياس دافعية الإنجاز الذي تكون من (40) فقرة، ومقياس الذكاء الإستراتيجي الذي تكون من (40) فقرة، وقد تم التحقق من صدق مقاييس الدراسة وثباتها. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى دافعية الإنجاز والذكاء الإستراتيجي كانت مرتفعة لدى طلبة جامعة الملك فيصل، ووجود علاقة طردية مرتفعة بين دافعية الإنجاز والذكاء الاستراتيجي. ووجود أثر للنوع الاجتماعي في دافعية الإنجاز لصالح الإناث، ووجود أثر للمستوى الدراسي في دافعية الإنجاز لصالح المستوى السادس، كما كشفت الدراسة عن عدم وجود أثر للنوع الاجتماعي والمستوى الدراسي في الذكاء الإستراتيجي، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث أعضاء هيئة التدريس بتبني أساليب تدريس تعزز دافعية الإنجاز وتنمي الذكاء الإستراتيجي لدى الطلبة. This study aimed to dicover the level of achievement motivation and its relationship with the strategic intelligence among students from King Faisal University in Saudi Arabia and to explore the effect of variables (gender and study level) on achievement motivation and strategic intelligence. The study sample consisted of (684) students studying at different levels for the academic year (2017-2018). To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher built achievement motivation scale, which consists of (40) items, strategic intelligence scale, which consitts of (40) items, the researcher guaranteed the scales validity and reliability. The results of the study revealed that the level of achievement motivation and strategic intelligence were high among the students of King Faisal University, there is a high correlation between achievement motivation and strategic intelligence, there is an effect of gender and study level on the achievement motivation in favor to females and sixth level, and there are no effect of gender and the level of study on strategic intelligence. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended faculty members to adopt of teaching methods that promote motivation achievement and develop the strategic intelligence.
