هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن مدى فاعلية إستخدام إستراتيجية التخيل في تنمية بعض مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى تلاميذ الصف الثالث الإعدادي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أعدت الباحثة الأدوات التالية: 1) أدوات التجريب: أ) دليل المعلم معد وفقا لإستراتيجية التخيل. ب) أوراق عمل التلميذ معده وفقا لإستراتيجية التخيل. 2) أداة قياس (اختبار مهارات التفكير الإبداعي بمهاراته الخمسة "الطلاقة، المرونه، الأصالة، الحساسية للمشكلات، التصور البصري"). وقد اختارت الباحثة عينة البحث مجموعة من تلاميذ الصف الثالث الإعدادي وبلغت العينة (60) تلميذا، وقد تم تقسيمها إلى مجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة، وقامت الباحثة بالتطبيق القبلي لإختبار مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لكلتا المجموعتين وقد تبين تكافؤ المجموعتين في مستوى مهارات التفكير الإبداعي، ثم قامت الباحثة بالتدريس للمجموعة التجريبية باستخدام إستراتيجية التخيل. أما المجموعة الضابطة فقد تم التدريس لها بالطريقة المعتادة، ثم قامت الباحثة بتطبيق الإختبار بعديا، وأوضحت النتائج تفوق تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية على تلاميذ المجموعة الضابطة وأثبتت إستراتيجية التخيل فاعليتها في تدريس التاريخ لتلاميذ الصف الثالث الإعدادي. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج توصي الباحثة بضرورة إستخدام إستراتيجية التخيل في مراحل ومواد دراسية أخرى. The current research aimed to discover the effectiveness of using the strategy of imagination in teaching history to develop the creative thinking skills of pupils in preparatory stage. To achieve the research aim, the researcher prepared two experimental tool (the teacher’s guide and the pupils worksheets according to imagination strategy), and the measuring tool is the test of creative thinking skills. The sample of the research was selected from the preparatory third stage history pupils. It consisted of (60) pupil and were divided in to two equal groups, one experimental group and the otter control group .the researcher applied the tribal of test the creative thinking skills to Both groups, the results were reached parity between the two group at a level in the creative thinking skills, and then the researcher taught the experimental group using imagination strategy as the control one was taught by regular instruction. The results showed that using the imagination strategy prove to be effective on developing creative thinking skills for the target of study. The research recommended that it is necessary to use imagination in other stages and other subjects. (Published abstract)
