هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على التفكير الإيجابي وعلاقته ببعض العوامل الديمغرافية في مجتمع المعرفة بجامعة إفريقيا العالمية واجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية وعينة الدراسة (111) طلاب من (1197) بنسبه 1% وهيئة التدريس (65) من (765) هيئة تدريس بنسبة 10% من المجتمع المعرفي (طلاب- أساتذة) بالجامعة وحللت البيانات عن طريق برنامج (SPSS) لاستخراج الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري وقيمة (ت) واختبار بيرسون واداة الدراسة مقياس التفكير الإيجابي. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي واسفرت الدراسة النتائج الاتية:1) يتسم التفكير الإيجابي لدى مجتمع المعرفة بجامعة إفريقيا العالمية بدرجه متوسطة. 2) توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين التفكير الإيجابي ومجتمع المعرفة بجامعة إفريقيا العالمية تبعا (أساتذة – طلاب). 3) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين التفكير الايجابي لدى مجتمع جامعة إفريقيا العالمية تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور - اناث). 4) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين التفكير الإيجابي لدى مجتمع جامعة إفريقيا العالمية تبعا لمتغير (التخصص). 5) توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين التفكير الإيجابي لدى مجتمع جامعة إفريقيا العالمية تبعا لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية. 6) توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين التفكير الإيجابي لدى مجتمع جامعة إفريقيا العالمية تبعا لمتغير المؤهل الجامعي. The objectives of this study to define the positive thinking and its relation to some demographic factor in the International University of Africa academic society. Random sampling technique was selected for this study. The number of student surveyed was 11.7 student out of 111 students representing 11.1%, and the number of University staff (Faculty) surveyed was 65 out of 765 representing 10%. The data was analyzed using SPSS software to find values such as mathematical mean, and standard deviation (σ), the study used Pearson correlation coefficient as measure between the variables. The study reveals the following: 1) The positive thinking in the International University of Africa academic society was rated medium. 2) There is a statistically significant difference between the positive thinking and the International University of Africa academic society. 3) There is no statistically significant differences between the surveyed people gender and the positive thinking. 4) There is a statistically significant differences between the International University of Africa academic society and the specialty (field). 5) There is a statistically significant differences between the International University of Africa academic society and the social status. 6) There is a statistically significant differences between the International University of Africa academic society and the academic qualification (degree).
