The present study aims to know reason of low level achievement of students at the primary schools in teaching English language as perceived by its teachers in Aden governorate, and to determine the effect of gender, qualification and years of experience variables. An instrument of a questionnaire is designed to achieve the aims of the study. It is consisted of (60) items distributed among six axes. The study's sample consisted of (91) teachers, (41) male and (50) female. Results of the study revealed that all the axes obtained a higher degree reason, with mean (3.79). On the level of axes, obtained the content axe the first rank with meal (4.12), obtained the targets axe the second rank with meal (4.04), and obtained the evaluation style axe the third rank with meal (3.93), obtained the teaching methods axe the fourth rank with meal (3.63), and obtained the teacher axe the fifth rank with meal (3.48). The study has showed that there are not statistical differences between the mean of the teachers views towards reasons teach the students of English language for their gender, qualification scholarliness and experience. On bases of the above results, the researchers recommends to develop the training programme in the colleges of education and increased the training courses for teachers. (Published abstract)
