The present study aimed to identify the effectiveness of training based on relaxation and self-efficacy in reducing public speaking anxiety. A sample of (48) high school students, aged between (15-18) years with an average of (16.22), and a standard deviation of (1.78) was selected. The study sample was divided into three groups: each of them consisted of (16) students. The first experimental group experimented with the (relaxing and effectiveness), while the second experimental group experimented with (relaxation), The study included a scale of reducing public speaking anxiety, prepared by (McCroskey ,1982) and Arabized by the researcher. It also included a training program based on relaxation and self-efficacy in reducing public speaking anxiety prepared by the researcher. The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of anxiety scores in the first experimental group (relaxation and self-efficacy) and the second experimental group (relaxation only) and the control group in the post-testing favoring the first and second experimental group. The results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the anxiety levels of the first experimental group (relaxation and self-efficacy) for the first experimental group (relaxation and self-efficacy) in the post- and sequential measurements. There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of anxiety scores in front of others of the experimental group (Relaxation and self-efficacy) and the second group (the second group), the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between mean scores of the anxiety group ( relaxation only) in the sequential dimension measurement for the first experimental group, which means that the self-efficacy has led to the continuation of the program's impact more than the dependence on relaxation only.
