This study aimed at identifying the degree of satisfaction of Bisha University students in learning within the environment of e-learning based on the integration of synchronous and asynchronous communication tools. Mainly, it aimed at identifying relationship of such satisfaction with variables of the academic program, age, gender, experience in the use of eLearning management system, the number of electronic courses already attended and the study load. In order to fulfill this aim, a questionnaire was designed and applied to all members of the study community whose number reached 1566 male and female students enrolled in online courses using synchronous and asynchronous communications effectively in the first semester of the academic year 1437-1438. A number of 457 students have responded constituting (29%) of the study society. The study found that there is a high satisfaction level among students of the University of Bisha in learning in the e-learning environment based on the integration of synchronous and asynchronous communication tools. On the other hand, the study found no statistically significant differences at a level (0.05) in the degree of level of satisfaction of students in learning in the e-learning environment based on integration of synchronous and asynchronous communication tools in general due to variables of the academic program, sex, experience in the use of e-learning management system and study load while it found statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in student satisfaction degree in general due to variables of age and number of electronic courses already attended.
