هدف البحث تقويم أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسمي الدراسات الإسلامية واللغة العربية بجامعة بيشة في ضوء مهارات التدريس التبادلي من وجهة نظرهم والطلبة بالقسمين، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي (التحليلي، والمسحي) في أدبياته، وأدواته، ومناقشة نتائجه، وأعد الباحثان قائمة بمهارات التدريس التبادلي في صورة استبانة، بلغت (35) مهارةً في خمس استراتيجيات: (التنبؤ، التلخيص، التساؤل الذاتي، التصور الذهني، والتوضيح)، بلغت عينة البحث (134) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالقسمين، و(595) من الطلبة، ومن أهم نتائج البحث: تقديم قائمة بمهارات التدريس التبادلي في استراتيجياته المختلفة، كما تبين توافر مهارات التدريس التبادلي بمختلف استراتيجياته في أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس في التخصصين من جهة نظرهم، وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة إعداد برامج تدريبية في طرق التدريس لتطوير مهارات التدريس التبادلي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بتخصصي: الدراسات الإسلامية، واللغة العربية بجامعة بيشة، واقترح البحث إجراء بحث بعنوان استراتيجية توليفية قائمة على التساؤل الذاتي والتصور الذهني لتنمية الوعي اللغوي والوعي الديني لدى طلبة قسمي الدراسات الإسلامية واللغة العربية. This study aimed at evaluating the performance of the teaching staff of Islamic Studies and Arabic Language departments at Bisha university from the point of view of the faculty members and their students in the light of reciprocal teaching skills. The descriptive analytical method was utilized in analyzing the literature, preparing the study tools, discussing and interpreting the results. Researchers devised a list of the skills of reciprocal teaching that reached (35) skills in five strategies: prediction, summarizing, self-questioning, visualization and explanation. The study sample consisted of (134) members of teaching staff of both departments and (595) participants of their students. Results led to a list of the skills of reciprocal teaching in its various strategies and revealed that the faculty staff of both departments showed these strategies. The study recommended that further training programs should be provided to develop the reciprocal teaching skills of the faculty members of Islamic Studies and Arabic Language departments. The study suggested incorporating further research using elective strategies based on self-questioning, visualizing to enhance the religious and linguistic awareness among students of Islamic Studies and Arabic Language departments at Bisha university.
