هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة فاعلية التربية الأخلاقية في المدارس الخاصة الأردنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، حيث اتبعت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت العينة من (200) معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. واستخدمت الدراسة استبانة تكونت من (75) فقرة موزعة على (3) مجالات هى: مجال سلوكيات المعلم وأساليب التقويم، ومجال الأنشطة الصفية واللاصفية والوسائل والأنشطة التعليمية، ومجال أهداف مهنة التعليم. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى فاعلية التربية الأخلاقية في المدارس الخاصة الأردنية مرتفعا، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.31)، وجاء ترتيب مجالات التربية الأخلاقية في المدارس الخاصة الأردنية تبعا لوجهة نظر المعلمين كالآتي: حيث حصل مجال أهداف مهنة التعليم على المرتبة الأولى، ثم مجال سلوكيات المعلم وأساليب التقويم، وأخيرا مجال الأنشطة الصفية واللاصفية، كما أظهرت الدراسة أيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى فاعلية التربية الأخلاقية في المدارس الخاصة الأردنية وفقا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لمتغير العمر. وأوصت الدراسة إلى تفعيل الأنشطة الصفية واللاصفية لغرس القيم الأخلاقية لدى الطلبة، وزيادة الدورات التدريبية للمعلمين لتفعيل مبدأ التربية الأخلاقية في المدارس، وتعريف المعلمين بأهداف مهنة التعليم، وواجبهم في الإهتمام بغرس القيم الأخلاقية لدى الطلبة. The aim of this study was to identify the effectiveness level of moral education in Jordanian private schools from teachers’ perspectives. Furthermore, the study aimed at exploring if there statistically significant differences in the effectiveness level of moral education in Jordanian private schools from teachers perspectives in favor of gender, experience and age. On the basis of the descriptive analytical method and a random stratified sample comprised (200) teachers, data were collected using a questionnaire consisted of (75) items distributed on (3) domains: teachers’ behavior and methods of evaluation, classroom, and extracurricular activities as well as goals of education profession. The results pointed out a high level of moral education effectiveness (m=4.31). Ranking the domains of moral education effectiveness in a descending order revealed that goals of education profession domain was ranked first followed by teachers behavior and methods of evaluation methods and finally classroom and extracurricular activities. Moreover the results underlined statistically significant differences in the effectiveness level of moral education in Jordanian private schools in terms of gender in favor of females. There were statistically significant differences in the domain of goals of education profession between teachers with less than 5 years, and teachers who have more than 15 years for teachers with experience less than 5 years, while no differences were found that can be attributed to the age of the teacher. The study recommended activating classroom and extracurricular activities to inculcate moral values among students, increasing training courses to activate the principle of moral education, increasing teachers’ awareness of the goals of education profession.
