هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصّي درجة توظيف متطلبات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في جامعة الزيتونة الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، اتبعت الدراسة منهجا وصفيا مسحيا. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (117) عضو هيئة تدريس في جامعة الزيتونة الأردنية للعام الجامعي 2018-2019، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونه من (35) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي: المتطلبات البشرية، المتطلبات الإدارية، المتطلبات التنظيمية، والمتطلبات المادية للتخطيط الاستراتيجي. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة توظيف متطلبات التخطيط الاستراتيجي للمجالات الأربعة جاءت كبيرة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تُعزى لمتغيرات الكلية أو الرتبة الأكاديمية أو التكليف بالعمل الإداري. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تمّ التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات. This study investigated the extent to which the requirements of strategic planning are achieved at Alzaytoonah University of Jordan from the perspective of its faculty members. The study adopted the descriptive survey method. The sample of the study consisted of 117 faculty members at Alzaytoonah University of Jordan during the academic year of 2018-2019. For the purpose of this study a questionnaire was designed consisting of 35 items pertaining to the four requirements of strategic planning. These requirements include human resources requirements, management requirements, logistics requirements and material requirements. The findings of this study reveal that the four requirements of strategic planning are achieved to a considerable extent. In addition, the findings prove the lack of any significant statistical differences (α≤0.05) in the participants’ responses regardless of the participant’s faculty, academic rank or administrative position. According to the results of this study, the researcher has presented some recommendations. (Published abstract)
